LogicaCMG PAP interface gives Invalid Content Length

MMSC: LogicaCMG VAS Interface Description (PAP) toolkit version
2.1 to create the MMS and sending to LCMG MMSC 2.1.
Problem: Invalid Content Length (500 error) when sending messages from Windows, but fine when sending from Linux.
The problem here is that on Windows a new line contains 2 characters (line feed, carraige return) whereas on linux it is simply one. This results in an incorrectly calculated content length from the Windows environment. This should be recalculated and fixed accordingly.
