Outbound messages appear in Receiver gateway, stopping it

Some SMS service providers require two connections to the SMS network, one for transmitting messages and one for receiving.
In such cases, two Gateways should be configured in Provato - a transmitter and a receiver.
Often in this case, the receiver gateway receives delivery reports for messages transmitted in the transmitter gateway. So there must be away to associate transmitted messages with their delivery reports. The Associate receipts with in the receiver gateway should point to the corresponding transmitter gateway and is used to do this.
Associate receipts with parameter also tells the receiver that if a message requires a retry (as setup in the retry policy) then the message will be placed back onto the transmitter gateway.
A common mistake is for the Associate receipts with of the transmitter to point to the receiver (rather than the otherway around). This is incorrect as if retries occur, they will be placed on the outbound queue of the receiver and stop the gateway. Ensure this is as above to avoid this problem.
